[url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=6900547] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/69006/6900547_350.png[/img] [/url] I'd show off the gen1 I got that has nice colors, but she'll eventually be gened and I don't like the way basic looks on mirrors so I won't show them haha.

i really like the way basic looks, even though i don't have much of it. [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=5800357] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/58004/5800357_350.png[/img] [/url] this guy's secondary is basic, and i don't plan on changing it anytime soon [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=7856870] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/78569/7856870_350.png[/img] [/url] this is my custom progen, and i have gene plans for him that you can see in his bio, but he does look quite nice as he is. i might end up slapping underbelly on him and leaving it at that, basic/basic/underbelly is one of the nicest combos imo.

@purplemuffizzle Oh my gosh I love your ace flag pair! (And I looked at their children to see if any of them made the flag coloration and I love how you named them Grace/Demi/Lith/Aven for the rest of the spectrum aaahhh) I like basic! Crowley is my triple basic first gen. I hatched him from a plague egg I found, and I love, love, love him as he is. [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=7276721] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/72768/7276721_350.png[/img] [/url] I have thought about giving him a tertiary gene, because he's grey/sky/grey, and circuit and smoke only show up on his wings, but he's my basic boy.

@IvoryJaied your Crowley is quite a catch, from what I hear double genes are hard to get from hatched eggs, and those colors go together so nicely too!

Basics are indeed gorgeous -but in some cases, even more so when a tertiary gene is added! I use a lot of basic in my breeding pairs, it looks so clean.
