Unnamed dragons are functionally indistinguishable from named dragons (barring the whole naming thing)--except for the coliseum. Unnamed dragons can have offspring, be sold/traded, and exalted, for example, so I don't think it's all that unreasonable to ask for them to be able to fight in the coliseum as well. Reasoning:
- Some users have dragons that they want to keep unnamed, and these dragons are arbitrarily barred from the coliseum despite being usable in every other feature.
- Having to name multiple fodder dragons for the coliseum can become obnoxious fast and slows down the exalting process.
- I think it would help reduce the stigma around unnamed dragons if they are not excluded from one of FR's key features.

I would hate this, as I use it as a filter. Only if there were a way to have it automatically be set to filter out unnamed dragons would this not irritate me.
Also I think it would dramatically increase the stigma around unnamed dragons. They are not disliked because they are excluded from coli. They are disliked because unnamed is the default name.

No support, it takes like two seconds to generate a name and would have no effect on the stigma as people don't like them because they're banned from coli, they don't like them because they're boring clutter, and even then this would only effect exalting players that coli train their dragons. i can't imagine spending 2 seconds generating for a name is in any way more tedious then the actual process of leveling up random dragons for exalting

I think I'd prefer an "un-naming" scroll instead as I use lack of name as a way to keep certain dragons out of my training queue.
Copy-paste the name, that's a very fast way to name a lot of fodder and that's faster than using the random name generator.

full support! Part of the reason I don't have any unnamed main dragons in my lair is BECAUSE you can't train them to level 25. It's so stupid; they can do everything BUT coli. I'd like an unnamed lad and I'd also like the option to level them to 25!

Naming should be optional for everything that is on-site. The fact that naming is mandatory for the coli is counterproductive.

You can put 500 dragons in your hibernal den. If every single of these dragon is unnamed fodder, it's 1000 seconds, so almost 17 minutes.
And when we're in a peak coli event, it's more like 5 seconds if you have a good connection. And like, 8 if you don't

Full support as always. I don't even mind the time it takes to name exalts, I always do that, I just want my unnamed perma dragons to be able to fight in the coliseum. Barring them from fighting in the coli when they can do literally anything else never made much sense to me.

Support. There's really no logistical reason nameless dragons can't go into the coli - yes it takes 2 seconds to generate a name, but maybe I don't want to???

You can pretty much do anything else with an unnamed dragon, except coli.
For the issue of curating the lists in the coliseum using unnamed, I would far prefer just a check on a dragon's page that says 'do not show in coliseum' (along with a 'do not show in the breeding grounds) so that you don't have to worry about whether the dragon is unnamed or have to name the dragon something specific to be able to find it in a long list of named dragon etc..
As for the 'two seconds to name', it can take way longer, and this assumes that the person who wants to coli with their dragon either A) wants it to have a name (they might want to train an unnamed dragon that will remain unnamed) or B) is planning to immediately exalt the dragon (they might want to train a dragon and give it a name later, or give it a name based upon how it seems to do in the coliseum)
This means that they either have to use a renaming scroll (for b) or use one of the workaround 'unnamed' alternatives for A (or just not train it)
