sunrise/moonrise's item icon has the icon for all-over effects despite it being a dragon-only effect
Effect: Sunrise, Moonrise
Effect
Day destroys the night, night divides the day. This item overlays a dragon, with the sun and moon circling over the distant horizon. As each celestial body transits, so do the colors of the dragon, from vibrant morning to the umbra of night. Like apparel, skins, and scenes, effects are purely cosmetic items that can be added and removed from dragons at any time.

I just bought Flutterby in ah (45 minutes ago). It appears in my purchase history and shows up in my hoard, but it’s not listed as an effect when I go to apply it to a specific dragon. I’ve applied other effects so I know how to do it. Help!

Edit: it’s there now!
Yeah and thanks

We are now classifying the following effect behavior as a bug and are working on a fix. When you apply Marva’s Cloak to a dragon with certain Dragon-Only effects, the dragon breed’s lineart and shadows would still display. We are working on a bug fix that will hide these aspects of a dragon along with its base artwork.

Effects don't work on LibreWolf (a fork of Firefox). The browser's version is 135.0.1-1, and I'm using Windows 11 (22631.4974). Browser settings seem fine. Doesn't seem to be from the extensions I'm using (they're the same that I had on Firefox). Image below for proof.

Thanks for the report @/HenryTheArcher. It sounds like you might be bumping into the page limit.

Page Limit: To avoid overtaxing older devices, only a limited number of effects on a single forum page will render. (emphasis added)
If this is happening on pages without multiple effect dragons, there could be a separate limit set by your computer that includes all WebGL instances currently running in all open browser tabs.
For this reason we encourage players not to add too many effect dragons to a single post. It's not a hard rule, but it will cause less disruption - especially for those players that have computers with even lower WebGL limits.

Thank you, Kaepora!
I believe this is the case because there have been cases where I have posted right after the original poster and there have been only two dragons with effects posted. But with the other tabs open at the same time have caused to lose the context because the WebGL limit had exceeded.
I have been reading and doing research about the WebGL in order to find out why does this happen. GPU memory, system and browser all have role in it. To my understanding, the limit is somewhere between 8 and 16 instances in browsers without losing the context. Mobile browsers have 8 instances limit.

Thank you for your report @About
I've downloaded LibreWolf to test and see that the browser has WebGL disabled by default.
To enable WebGL, try the following:

Go to about:config

Search for webgl.disabled

Switch the setting from true to false
If that doesn't fix the issue, you may also need to:

Go into your performance settings under about:preferences

Uncheck Use recommended performance settings

Check Use hardware acceleration when available
