There's even a usermade set of Banescale skins called [gamedb item=32591] and [gamedb item=32592] to commemorate the lag from the Banescale release. Now, there's nearly that amount on pretty regularly! I'm still not used to it-- I get surprised whenever I see the number over 3,000.

I have noticed more lag recently but honestly I assumed it was my computer lol. I remember the counter being at 5k during some festival, but i think it was normally around 4.5k.... woah..... its at 6.9k right now...

Back in my day (2017-18), 5000 users online was abnormally high. Now I regularly see the user count in the 6000s. Time sure flies.

I remember when the average user count was like 3000-4000 peak, more like 1000-2000 when it was night in america. Now i'm seeing like 6000-7000 at peak and i remember that used to make the site lag like crazy!!!!

I definitely noticed, average in 2024 was 4,000 - 5,000+ (but under 6,000) range, but lately it's been in the 6,000 to 7,000+ range, which is exciting!

I haven't been dealing with any lag due to the higher numbers, though, only when my internet connection is sucky.
