None of my male Pearlcatchers can equip skins after maintenance... I've taken them off and immediately tried to put them back on just to test things and they cannot equip them again.
Edit: This is on google chrome, android.

Please reply with the specific dragons you've tested along with the skins you tried applying. I assume you were able to add/remove skins on other breeds?
I've tested on my own pearlcatcher and was able to add and remove a skin, so there might be something more complicated going on.

Additional details on any error messages you're seeing would also help. Can you describe in what way it's failing?
I also suggest clearing your browser cache, since it might be an issue with running an older version of the page.

I decided to check and specifically removed the skin from my dragon; when I go to the skins tab, it simply does not show up as a matching skin, “No matching items found”

Happened first with both my female Veilspuns
Nebula and
Dawn.
I have one accent for female Veilspuns but when I want to put it on, it says "No matching items found"

Neither of these guys work. The skins simply don't show up in the skin window, I even checked my hoard after Noctis just to make sure the skin was there - and it is but I can't do anything with it. So then I took off Shinji's, refreshed, and can't put it back on.
[Skin=56195][skin=44522] are the two I've tested.

Dkberry - It may just not be updating your list of available skins.
If you have a valid skin in your hoard, please re-open the "Customize Apparel & Skin" page from scratch to see if the item now shows up on the list. We're looking into why that list isn't reloading automatically.
