yeah they live there and come to my clan for a bath, a stiff drink, and to recharge their magic. Their hatchlings are fed all the tasty snacks they want. all the bug eating hatchies get honey bees (the tool tip says they are naturally sweet treats) all the tasties for the lil ones because their home is miserable.

This is literally the plot Ewen shares with Sneferu (who belongs to ArynAlba) except make it cowboy x ancient egyptian monster!

He's just an ex-mercenary turned merchant who stumbled across her cursed cave by accident. She obviously terrified him, but he remained calm and collected and offered to sell her as many trinkets as she liked. Since she hadn't had contact with the rest of the world in centuries she bought literally everything he had.
They then went on to wegg us for their first nest... So now they have a single hatchling child who is probably going to grow up as cheerful as her dad, but as terrifying as her mum!

i'd say azazel's story is pretty sweet. basically, he's a smaller than average veilspun (and they're already super tiny so lol) with a myriad of health issues. he's essentially abandoned by his clan and his family and spends most of his days roaming the scarred wasteland and barely staying alive.
that is, until he arrives through ~mysterious circumstances~ on the springtide isles, where my clan resides.

there is a reclusive druid in my clan named elowen who is very skilled at both nature and healing magic. she is able to heal azazel of a lot of his health issues, and her magic is what causes the pink flowers to sprout from his head.
azazel is so moved by this that he is now her apprentice and lives with her. :]

knicknack kind of creeps people out but he's genuinely just vibing.
The only "wholesome" bit that immediately comes to mind is the one-sided (familial) relationship between two of my dragons,
Delano and
Bao.
Unbeknownst to Bao, Delano actually is the one who brought them and advocated for keeping/hatching them—up until that point, each egg had been sold or traded for something else of need.
When Bao hatched with glowing eyes and a penchant for prophecies, Delano knew he would have to protect them a bit more from those who had more sinister intentions with their gift—this protective attitude eventually morphed into something akin to fatherhood, though Bao for the most part is unaware (or at least appears to be). Delano had never known this sense of companionship, as he's never taken a mate or had children, but he looks at Bao and thinks "This is my child."
I've only briefly mentioned it in Bao's lore, but maybe one day i'll expand on it :)

At first glance, Solarwinds is an intimidating sight: her wings have rotted, moss grows on her scales, and her eyes are utterly lifeless. All are side effects of the dark but well-intentioned magic that brought her back after a tragic accident robbed her of life. Given her second chance by the kindly necromancer Nightstalker, Solarwinds' return to her clan was marked by joy from those who had missed her dearly. Their happiness at having the Wildclaw back was enough to blind them to the occasional wrongness in the reanimated Solarwinds' behavior...
Solarwinds' appearance is made markedly less intimidating when she adorns herself with apparel of her favorite color -- pink. Some may find it odd to see the once-dead Wildclaw dressed up in cute bows and furs, but for her part, Solarwinds doesn't seem to mind at all.
