All I've got for Dusthides at the moment are my clanbound hatches! I was lucky enough that both of them were Earth, and I like how changing both of their eyes to Bright helped make them flow in each of their own ways.

I really like how Dusthides only display their primary colors and genes on the topsides of their bodies because I like to imagine the surprise when you see this bright green and orange ball and find there's a really dark interior.

I like how there's a bunch of really small details on her Spores gene that match pretty well with her primary.

Presenting Opalheart, one of the dragons from my clanbound eggs! I got extremely lucky with his colors. And then impulse bought his genes, which nearly depleted my gem reserves. (No, I'm not letting him live that down.)

Stoneshell! (I wanted to give him the name Geode, but I already have a dragon named Geode in my lair and she came first, so.) A dragon I hatched from Night of the Nocturne whom I was holding onto because the colors had potential. And I was right! My one time actually using the ground gene.
