cytopIasm No, it should be fine! You were right the first time; the first post is old, but it's edited to reflect current sales, and as noted at the top of the post, preorders are "Open until 30th April 23:59FRT". You haven't missed the deadline if you're still interested!
As a note, since you're new, it's pretty common practice for skin sales especially to edit their first post, so you have to pay attention to clues other than the date the post was made— you can see when the post was last edited down at the bottom, for instance, which usually gives clues as to whether the skinmaker and shop are still active, and oftentimes a date will be listed as it is here.
