This is Korak (that's the name he came with and it stuck haha). He's a scientist who became the victim of an experiment gone wrong, leaving him mutated with eyes all over his body and wings. He's flightless from the feather and eye growth on his wings though that hasnt seemed to slow down his experiments any.

Flip was my first special eyed dragon that I hatched myself + the first Sandsurge I had in my lair when they came out!! A very nice stranger gifted me the breed change scroll and i'm forever grateful to them <3
