This is Cirrus! Though it’d be preferred if he was drawn with his apparel if you chose him, there’s absolutely no requirement for it! I might be giving him a faded vial(not 100%), so you’re welcome to pick whether to draw him with faded or common eyes!
For the background, honestly, the one in the blank example is lovely! Either that one, or a slightly chillier, overcast one(perhaps referencing his Wintersun title?) would be wonderful, but you’re more than free to take creative liberties if you choose him!
