I started making Fandragons when I got a random pretty Dragon and my brain decided to slap a fez on it and name it Doctor. Mostly from books. And sometimes things just randomly stick in my head and refuse to leave [s]like the Bentley Fandragon[/s]

I started making fandragons when I saw nocturnes for the first time, pretty much. I got my first one within... 2 months of playing? Pretty close to that. I don't have a LOT of fandragons, but that's because when I do get one, I try to go all-out with their look. They have to be a character I really love, too, and thats the main reason I enjoy making them: to try and recreate a character I love in a way that I'd recognize them if I couldn't see their name. I have a small list of characters who I still need to dragon-ify, but for a long time, my only two were Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon (my favorite movie) and Garrus Vakarian from Mass Effect (my favorite video game/one of my top favorite things ever). Toothless in particular has undergone a few outfit variations to make his saddle look better, but I don't think Garrus's look will change without an accent for his eyepiece. Some of my lore dragons are loosely based off of book or video game characters, but kind of became their own thing, so I don't count them. I try to avoid ancient breeds because I think outfits are important, but with a couple of the new ancient breeds I might at least give them a cursory look-through. I'm pretty proud of most of my looks, but I'd like to give a special shout-out to my Aloy from the Horizon video game series, and Scott Ryder from Mass Effect: Andromeda because I can't think of a single thing I would ever change about either of them. This I did."
