Honestly I’m fine with only a sketch wip and then changing any colour stuff after everything is done, and sure a colour swatch would be cool but otherwise just a regular fullbody but in a more neutral pose?

No facial hair on him.

Also here is a picture of his siblings - he should have a wider nose than the internet refs to match them (again, like the 2. image I sent is about how I want his face took look but no cleft), please do NOT use his face shape from this pic! I know it’s a little stylized but it’s the only one I’ve got of all three together.
