Arthfael is a....[i]thing[/i] from beyond the Forbidden Portal - thankfully a friendly one, if a bit oblivious to dragonkind norms & the concept of personal space - given the chance to stay a while via the workings of a [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/27843664]certain mage[/url]. The filigree "brace" around their neck helps them maintain their form as a dragon, the ring helps it control his power while in this lesser form, and the leg band conceals her true power from those who might have been able to sense what they truly are.
Now it just sorta wanders the world, wanting to experience a little bit of everything before returning to his homeworld.
