An Impireal is a relly good choice for him, and the use of Faerie Rose Thorn Wing Tangle is super pretty. I love the layering you did for his clothes aswell! :)

The bosses from Pokemon Black and White, right? Your dragons for them are really neat, the Aberration version in particular is a cool twist imo. The accent works great for their outfits, but even without it the orca diamond and other genes look awesome and are perfect for the color scheme.
