I just opened three stacks of 99 chests and only got 14 eggs from the lot. :|

Currently sitting at 170 chests and 10 eggs so here's hoping RNG becomes kinder to me.

I've opened maybe... 50 chests. Once I had an egg icon go (2) but I did not get two eggs. Looking here I realized I should have screenshotted that bc it seems that was a glitch. I'm at 4 eggs in that 50 chest drop. I may have opened more but idr.
My egg drop rate is fine, getting chests feels harder this year?? Like significantly, I feel like I'm picking up around the same amount of chests with twice the effort. But I may have just had better RNG luck last go around.
