Got this twice while trying to trade Crim. Select trade, click OK, screen goes to blank white, refresh page and get the error.

huh. if it happens again, try to take a screenshot of what happens after you trade. it might be your browser being laggy, it might be something else, but it's hard to really guess without any images.
