I am so excited, it is hard to sit still and incubate them. And to think that when they hatch I get to play with them! Hyrian is the very first male who volunteered himself, so he is the first male I had a nest with. Even though I don't like him much, we have three eggs, a fine amount. Given his coloring, I think our hatchlings will be pretty and have good Earth-like colors. indent Occasionally, I ask Hyrian to incubate the nest so I can train with Turrialba - still gotta stretch my legs! My brother is a calm warrior, which leads me to believe he will train my hatchlings well. He and I don't talk much, I do more of that with Terralith, but we have a quiet understanding. He is my brother, and I know he will always have my back. indent All that's left to do right now is wait for the eggs to hatch. I'll write again when they do! Bye journal! I have one female and two male hatchlings, all of whom take more closely after their father. The little girl (who I named Hylla) has beautiful wings just like mine. Ryan, the first born son, is handsome and strong! Rhun is the last son and his looks are average so I hope he proves exceptional in training. indentTurrialba has been very successful training several new recruits, including Hyrian. Hyrian left to serve the Earthshaker today, and though I will always feel gratitude for him being my first nest mate, I do not hold much affection for him. AllEyesOnMe will be my next mate and I have several more lining up already. I feel so popular! Turrialba reports that AllEyesOnMe is training slowly, but he should be done by the time our nest hatches. indentIn the meantime, I have a precious week alone with my hatchlings before they begin training. I will hold them close and show them my love! On top of that, I have so much I want to teach them. They need to be taught kindness, valor, and above all, purpose. I want them to understand that the clan and the Earthshaker depend on them. My hatchlings will bring us glory! indentI have so much to look forward to. See you later, journal! I find AllEyesOnMe to be more...creepy than Hyrian, but our hatchlings will be cunning and vicious in the coliseum. At the same time, my first nest is growing up. They are now beginning to train with Turrialba. I know my brother is glad to have a fellow guardian in the coliseum, instead of only magic users - oh, he's just been training some other members of the clan as well. Recently, I gave my Lillyfowl familiar, Lilli, to Hylla as a gift. It may have been a sentimental move, but I like the idea of sharing some special part of myself with my daughter. I hope Lilli can get to know many of my daughters and help me hold memories of them after they go to serve the Earthshaker. Since then, a boulder nymph has begun to follow me around when I leave my hoard. I think she will make a lovely familiar, though I haven't thought of a name for her yet. indentI feel tired, so I am going to cut this journal entry short. See you soon, Journal
