The battles are hard fought, with Terva taking a critical hit (9 HP) against a group of four Beastclan, but they power through. Ultimately, Justice falls to a Moss-Covered Golem, weakened by the previous fight. The group survived 8/10 rounds in the Scorched Forest. Unfortunately, Arkan doesn't make it through this one, taking two critical strikes in a row from a Smoke Gyre and Painted Centaur (112 DMG each). Terva completes the last 15 rounds alone, stepping back onto the Woodland Path. Arkan has 330 HP total, so both of those crits amount to 224 DMG. It doesn't look like much on the health bar, but that 100 HP or so really makes all the difference, especially when you're not expecting it. I thought about fudging this one, but that defeats the point of the challenge (for me, personally). I'm also not doing the optional Hardmode rules, so while there isn't a level requirement for Coliseum venues, I've decided that the dragons have to be earning experience, at least. A brief foray into the Scorched Forest leaves Terva with a slim 6 HP! And so, the slow grind on the Woodland Path begins... As per the rules, a full team of three dragons must be used, and face the venue corresponding to the highest level in the party. Only three dragons remain, and with a stark level difference. I don't have high hopes for this... A trio of King Quillrunners leave Terva at 14 HP, which Brawler swiftly heals back to full. Brush and Brawler both have a close call while fighting the same group, and are forced to use their only Major Health Potion. In the end, all three dragons survive! I am so pleasantly surprised by this outcome, and genuinely regret not investing an Eliminate into the previous team; it makes such a difference. But it also means I can put Terva in the other party, and get her some levels! I thought the difference would be too high and she'd be one-shot, but she managed to hold her own pretty well. The update is on time this week?! To be fair, 20-30 rounds in the Coliseum doesn't compare to last week's 40-50. These Death Streaks are getting out of hand though; I desperately need new dragons! Or to stop losing the ones I have, I suppose... I've also decided to implement another rule, although I'm sure it won't come into effect for quite some time. When a dragon reaches Level 25, they are allowed to retire – a sentimental option from the original/an older [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/frd/1525830]Pinkerlocke[/url] ruleset. However, I want to be able to resurrect a fallen dragon in their place – dragons can only be resurrected once, and the switch is permanent. We'll see how it goes!
