Irithyll Congratulations :) I was eyeing off those spring rolls and had 2 ideas in mind that would have used glass noodles (although technically they are sweet potato starch, not rice, but still). One of them was homemade pot noodles, which looked great in the jar, but once I added the hot water they weren't as pretty. And the other idea would have looked pretty, but I didn't feel it made a cohesive dish, so I changed directions.
