Hi folks! Wow. I can't believe Flight Rising is ten years old... nor that I've been here for EIGHT of them!

So in light of such a huge anniversary, I think it's high time I [i]finally[/i] treated Sprout to some new genes. She was the first egg I ever hatched, a lucky Nature egg from my very first batch of Scavenging runs on the first day of my lair's life here. She's my darling and I love her to bits. [emoji=tundra happy size=1]
But I cannot choose the best genes for her colors. That's where you all come in. X3
I want to keep her a Tundra, no breed changing happening here. I'd just like to know what scries and gene combos you all can come up with. I'll play around with her apparel later, but genes are the hardest things for me to pick, and experience here has told me you all have great taste.

Samelf Oooh, Thistle Harlequin IS pretty, but it's unfortunately too... sharp? For Sprout? I think? ^^; She's a very soft dragon, both in fur and personality, and Harlequin has so many sharp lines and hard shapes that it makes her look more like a racing horse than the even-tempered draft horse she is. Er, draft dragon.
Gonna have to keep Harlequin in mind for my next Thistle babies, though, for sure.
I'm almost thinking about Koi or a like gene because it looks like splotches of moss...

but anyhoo! i was experimenting with the different gene combos and was seeing what fits, and i got a nice couple ones, but i think this is the one i like the most!

I think fade makes thistle look like a sun-bleached rock, and it lightens up the primary to match the sec better. And blend brings out these nice yellow/greens that match the tert!
