Flight Rising Commissions TOS and General Information

- I have the right to deny a commission
- I will provide a refund if I do not complete the commission within 2 months.
- Please do not claim you drew the art or remove the watermark. Crediting me directly isn’t required but heavily appreciated!
- Complex backgrounds (aka full-on illustrations in the background) have a 200 gem fee.
- Payment is upfront UNLESS you don’t have a reference and only have a description OR you ask me to have full creative liberty. Then, I’ll ask for payment after a sketch is sent and approved of.
- You are not allowed to use my art in any NFT or crypto-currency!


- If you’re asking on this forum post, please ping me or else I’m not going to see it! I’m always checking my notifications! I’ll end up moving the conversation towards DMs anyways but it’s still good to note! :)
- Please make the text readable and not hard to see. (Dark colors or black works fine.) I am blind/visually impaired and prone to eye-strain/headaches so it can get in the way of commissions and/or communications about your commission!
- Provide as much information as you want or can about your character! (I.E. if you want the skin color to be fantastical or realistic and if so what color, hair color, clothing preferences, etc.) Everyone has a different opinion on what counts as a “human” design for their dragons so I like to be informed of what you want!

A headshot is a piece that is mainly the head and the neck (it stops at the neck) while a bust stops at at the chest area/torso, though it could also include arms and hands. Half-bodies go down to about the knees and legs while a full body is a complete body— Head, torso, arms/hands, legs, and feet.
