Absolutely has a thing for me, keeps sending me subliminal messages in my dreams when I don't respond to his DMs. And hitmen?? But he always gives me a rehearsed speech about how I'm not prepared whenever I try to visit him in his giant castle and see how he's doing. (Cool location in theory, but the neighborhood's really gone to hell. Nasty pollution problem they've got, I think. Also, zombie cults?) Very sweet of him to want me to wrap up my whole destiny thing before we get down to business, though. You [i]really[/i] got Dagoth Ur's number with that ghastcrown, because dang, what a way to represent his grand headdress. Recognized immediately, looks phenomenal, what's not to love? The ruby jewelry is right on point, too - besides just looking gorgeous, I'm reminded of all of those chunky red and gold and black Sixth House amulets and rings I'd find on all of his lieutenants. Really love the pop of that maroon peacock on his ash-blackened body - not only does it look stunning against the jewelry and the clawtips, it's a callback to both the blight in its colors and Moon-and-Star in its shape. And that tangled mane that starts out hidden beneath his headdress but roils and flops down to his tail is just excellent. The grasps, too - his influence, steadily growing and reaching across Vvardenfell in the form of madness and blight storms. And that scene... I often find Fire's aesthetic so hard to work with, but the metalworker angle is suddenly ingenious when you get Dwemer citadels and Kagrenac's tools involved! And of course, the magma at the heart of Red Mountain. Crazy well-chosen background there!

@Laluzi unfortunately I know her almost exclusively from the team 4 star abridged, but Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing is a name that commands respect. How could I not chose her? I remember devouring these books as a teenager. To this day, I still consider it among the best of the 'YA dystopian' genre. It's a masterful social critique. This is a great Katniss dragon; love how you've dressed her to be 'the girl on fire' that she was. np: fandragons in hibden.
