And today I was browsing one of my saved searches for a blue/gold dragons and I came across a dragon which set off my deja vu. I snatch it up immediately
I then notice that not only do all of the colours match one-to-one, but that they're even both [i]the same element[/i]. The only difference is that Amaraea is female and this one isn't

The lore possibilities are immense and I am not sure how to wield that power

That's amazing! What are you thinking of doing for lore? Pretty much the same thing happened to me. I had him first, then I got her. Same element, all same colors, opposite genders.

I love g1 twins, I have lots of near twins (and triplets and quadruplets and-)and a couple exact twins! There's just something so cool about completely random dragons that match eachother, and are even identical! ^^
G1 twin supremacy aside, your pair is very cute! There's potential doppelganger lore there :)

Honestly I'm not totally sure yet. Amaraea was going to, and I still want to stick to plan, go into my minor deity/important subjects of local folklore tab. Unless someone comes in with an idea I like more I suspect I will go down the route of a clutch separated before hatching and the ascendance of one (Amaraea) unlike the other, or something along those lines. Then unwrapping the dichotomy between the two since Amaraea is supposed to be super bougie and it would probably be a missed opportunity if I did the same with the other. Not sure of the details or even if I'll go with this yet since I'm making it up on the go haha
As for your dragons, honestly the fact that everything can line up such that this can happen at all is a bit nuts lol. Yours look really cool!
