I'd value the german shepherd closer to 300 gems since he's got pretty good demand and the cs/fr conversion sheet hasn't been updated in a few years.
For the items, is this guide an acceptable source of values for you? I know not everyone likes it, but it's the only one I know of

Frog costume at 1 MA. Last I checked (which was a while ago, lol) that was ~1kg?
You can have the goddess sash. Idk how to value that so you can just have it.
Also eggs are cool as partial. Maybe at 225g?
