@Azel - *HIGH FIVE* for naming dragons after birds! Probably about half of my dragons are named using the scientific names of various birds (and the rest of them are named for other animals; I very nearly had a Sirtalis of my own, but [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=lair&id=56167&tab=dragon&did=4441256]ended up naming him after a different species of garter snake instead[/url]).
And while I'm here, I'll post some dragons with feathery friends. The little birds are by far my favorite "apparel"

This is my dragon Absinthe or Abby, he is not directly based after a bird but he does in fact have one that sits on his head at all times.
Melvara is my medicine woman of my clan and she is significantly more birdy than Abby is. Also very brown.
and finally here is Cinder, who's a big nerd that does birdy headbobs. I based his personality after my own parakeets, so very energetic and all over the place.
Now its my time to shine.
