Orion here is a cheerful pirate with a fundamental misunderstanding of the word "pirate". He likes Adventuring, he likes Meeting New Friends, and Causing Harmless Mischief, but doesn't like stealing without permission or attacking anyone. Unlike most ridgebacks, Orion frequently gives things away. Even if you don't want it. No like, you actively don't want this thing, but Orion is really annoying so you accept just to get him to go away. Which, given, is more pirate-like behavior than Orion ever practices. Telemor frequently gets sick of Orion's incessant cheerfulness and goes off on his own for a week or two, where he gathers more shinies. He really likes shinies. Even goes so far as to decorate his feathers with rhinestones to be Extra Sparkly. The timing of this event and starting my most recent D&D campaign (space adventure! my character was a pirate for a while) happening within a week of one another is uncanny! I just finished writing out all of my lore for my character & decided to make dragons for them & their partner. Corinn wont be entirely finished until the dragon i have for them is grown but its planned for them to look like this, and their partner Edgar is (mostly) done now so I'm excited about that!
