They've both been reincarnated from their past lives, and neither remember each other, but they still feel something towards each other! Orpheus is a sort of smug man, with cheeky remarks and a teaser through and through! Also! Its meant to be a birthmark on his throat, but I couldn't find any better options on his picrew!
