@monikadreemur you can either buy them from marketplace or auction house, or obtain them from opening chests, or from the festival shop during elemental festivals, or as reward from fiona, or from gathering, or from battling enemies in coliseum.
after this you give them for your dragons in their profile pages, and you will be able to bond with them every day to get treasure and chests.
you can read from the game database how each individual familiar can be obtained (link is in sidebar under the library section)
