I speedran through a few rounds when round 5 kicked my group in the face XD
Kingpin had already been ousted from the title of king in round 2, but the new king Truth got taken out in round 5! This was because I rolled a 10 (which picked off 5 of my underlings) and all the surviving dragons had to level up one level, putting them at the same level as Truth. Thus, a coup happened and Heni was given title of king!

Edit 1: I realize now that the ruler gets taken out if a dragon surpasses their level, but let's say that if more than one dragon reach their level at once, they can be overthrown in a coup.

it says to stat them if one does hit lvl 24, does that mean we dont stat them before or is that up to the player?

If a scene or a vista drops, I increase the range of success values on the next roll for the fodder. For example, if it's a recruit, they survive the next d6 roll on a 6 and a 5.
