ive taken a quick look at the post but like you said the giant page of text is kinda overwhelming haha T-T im mainly just confused on how the currency in this game works? as well as buying/obtaining dragons? i get kinda nervous interacting with other players and im assuming you can only obtain more dragons by breeding them or buying them from other people? are there any proper rules or etiquette to doing so? like saying thank you after purchasing?
and just double checking it is alright if i send you a friend request right?

There are two kinds of currency, [i]Treasure and Gems[/i].
Treasure is the primary currency and the easiest to acquire. On-site minigames (in the [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/play/fairgrounds]fairgrounds page[/url]), breeding+selling dragons and selling items you acquire are the best ways to earn more treasure.
Gems are a bit harder to come by and as far as I am aware there's really only 2 reliable methods to getting them. Purchasing them with real money (which is actually a great way to support the site!) or selling dragons and items of serious worth! Like any market system, what is valuable can be subject to change, especially when updates come out with new genes/breeds/familiars etc. [/columns]
[size=4]It's important to keep an eye on how prices change so you can always make that little bit extra cash when first starting out!

Fortunately when buying dragons from the auction house, no communication is required at all! Even when selling them you don't need to talk to anyone. Of course you may do so, there's no etiquette rules i'm aware of that say otherwise :)
Find the dragon with the colours/genes/breed you like and then purchase! No strings attached.
Yes you absolutely may! In fact I'll send one to you :) if you need more info I'll be around for ages today so do not hesitate to ask more stuff!

Bonding with your familiars is an excellent way to get gems! It's how I get practically all of mine.
Every time you bond with a familiar you get a little treasure, and every time they level up in familiarity you get a chest. The nicer level chests have gems in them, and can be sold for gems on the Auction House as well!

Also, welcome to the game Eli! I hope you're having fun, I would totally recommend checking out the Auction House, because there's so so so much stuff you can buy there, but when you're new the most interesting stuff there are the other dragons, cheap clothes, and familiars.
