[/quote] All I can exactly tell for now - Ocean promises that great changes in my life are coming. They will come when... someone new will appear in our clan. Probably some powerful water dragon, such as primal?.. Not sure, to be honestly. And my teacher, Farseer, hasn't said anything about our future lately. So, will see.

I was young and foolish, thinking that the honor of being sent to serve under the Gladekeeper negated the need for a name. Every day I regret that decision. Since I've had him for a while, my markings have began to glow like his, and I believe I've somehow picked up echolocation? I theorize that his curse has turned him into a bat, but I've no idea what he could've originally been. I've been wanting to look into it further, but none in our clan know much about familiars. However, my sister is quite knowledgeable on magic, and she's told me that while she has no idea what the curse is, there's little danger that I'll 'catch' it. She says the echolocation and glowing markings will probably be the most effect it has on me. Apparently some curses tend to 'rub off' on those that spend a lot of time with the cursed, but cases which one curse is fully transmitted from one to another are rare, as it takes a pretty powerful curse to do that."
