I quite like maize! LavenderCream has it as a primary:

and her mate RoseCream has it as a Weathered tert: (whoops hahah helps if I use the right link)

Maize is not an easy color, and I only have [s]two[/s] three dergs sporting it. But it can look really amazing!

i was kind of dumb when choosing my progens colors, but it turned out okay since maize pinstripe is absolutely gorgeous!

I'm surprised I even have a derg with maize. The color isn't bad it's just hard to work with for me.
