This is Flora, my custom progen, one of the clan's original founders, and the owner of a quaint little seaside flower shop! Owning a business is hard work, and, as Flora will assure you, takes careful organization and planning that must be followed to the letter on a daily basis if one is to stay in business. Flora is very serious about what she does and has a set idea of How Things Should Be Done, and can sometimes be a bit rigid and inflexible when it comes to change as a result. Despite these tendencies, this soft-spoken, hard-working little Fae is beloved by all her employees for her kindness, her generosity, and her passion for her work. Conifer Cove simply wouldn't be the same without its resident florist!

This is Vervain, Flora's longest-standing employee and the head groundskeeper at the shop. Vervain spends most of his waking hours--which are many due to his insomnia--tending the gardens and greenhouses at Flora's. His passion for plants and their care is intense--some might even say obsessive. He is always carefully and lovingly tending to their every need, making sure not a one goes without water and not a leaf remains out of place. Indeed, he cares for his plants like they were his own children, and has even been known to talk to them at length when he thinks no one else can hear--something he will vehemently deny if caught in the act. Despite his profound love for plants, Vervain is normally quite gruff and standoffish around other dragons, and prefers to avoid interacting with them if at all possible. The only real exception to this is Flora, for whom he has a special fondness. Despite his aloof nature, however, he is admired and respected by all the shop's younger employees--a fact that, while he may not admit to it, fills him with a sense of pride.

And, finally, we have Lupine! She's the youngest of the shop's employees, and while she doesn't exactly do much of the flower-tending herself, she loves nothing more than prancing through the fields of wildflowers surrounding the shop and selecting the best specimens to add to the wreaths, lei, and flower crowns she makes to sell in the shop. She's very friendly, bubbly, and happy-go-lucky, and always manages to put a smile on the faces of both her coworkers and the shop's patrons. She's a very quirky little thing, and has the somewhat odd habit of mimicking any flowers or insects that manage to find their way into her general vicinity. Though this can sometimes distract her from her work, her peers tend to find it more amusing than anything, and a gentle reminder is usually enough to snap her out of it and get her back into the "zone" of her work again.[/center]

My boy Naryn! He specializes in fungi, but cultivates the entire ecosystem of the small swamp I have a corner of my clan residing in. I just love the idea of this little fae fluttering around and tending to mushrooms that grow to be twice his size.
