I'm not the biggest fan of Firefly either usually, but in certain situations it can look really nice. It's also really great at making bright tert colors a little more subtle.

And I gave my first Veilspun firefly, might change it later to branches if it gets cheaper, but I think this tert looks great on him too!

It’s a fantastic gene for awkward colours especially, since it’s much more subtle than the other choices. So if you find a dragon that fits your breeding project but has a clashing tert colour, just slap firefly on it!
