I've got a tradition of hatching a corresponding elemental egg every time a new Ancient is released. This guy's my Shadow hatch! He's a goofy prankster who likes to pretend he's a rosebush.

This is Ostadar. He was my very first ever egg hatch, and I hatched him specifically for the Veilspun release, expecting to have to scatter scroll a few times to get anything useful. But, lo and behold, fire flight eyes (with muti-gaze, you little overachiever!) and more or less fire-colored. He came out so spectacular that I think he's ruined any future egg hatches for me.

Now as a veilspun, he hangs out on Captain Nanners' ship where he hypnotizes the crews of other vessels to minimize injuries while his crewmates are plunderin'.
