This is Val, short for Valentine. He owns a beauty shop/salon and is a pansexual bb.
He will often give his clanmates makeovers, and will occasionally, randomly, pick out dirt and such out of a dragons scales/fur/feathers whenever they walk by. He can't stand dirt.
