My lair leader, Bok, for example, is a hard 8...she can't be told what to do xD she's got STRONG opinions...and she's not afraid to use them. She rarely feels threatened. She's not angry or resentful...she just knows what she wants and will do anything to accomplish that

hes an arrogant blacksmith who will get in your face about how good his smithing is. he's overly confident about his skills (which do deserve praise, he IS a good blacksmith), but pretty much this makes it so only his coworkers tolerate him. they dont let him take orders because he drives away customers.
