So immediately I went to inspect the page to try to find the source of the image. Interestingly enough, you can't "inspect" the Flee pop-up screen itself.
With some further digging, it seems that the Mirror isn't an overlay image, but the Flee screen is one whole.

Off topic... I noticed a button for the long-awaited PvP feature...

@Steelchain yea the pic i grabbed was from inspect element! funny you can also find the early headers in there which are also present in some fairgrounds minigames
