I am about to KO a charger. Its been periodically freezing for me all morning, but that was while I was in the first area and it would be random.
However I decided to get the last smidge of exp to hit 9 on my dragons over in the second zone and every. single. time. I am about to kill a charger...it freezes.
I saw another friend complaining of this issue this morning as well.

Its the bluefin charger (not sure if that's the name) the one that has bluejay colors.
