I was just getting ready to sell my two gaoler hatchlings when suddenly one turned purple! Her gene before was somewhere around flint or platinum- something not as startling. I don't remember quite what it was but it certainly wasn't grape!Anyone know how this could've happened? I mean I was going to sell her anyways but I'm genuinely confused and curious. it seems like those two have a third sibling with a platinum primary, is this kid the one you were thinking about earlier?

also, for sharing dragon images you can press ‘generate code’ and use the full top code to make an image of the dragon that links to their page

Nope, they all had fairly dull coloration in that group. I remember because when they first hatched I was like "Oh, neat they all look pretty ok"

@Spyraoverlord We've never known of a dragon spontaneously changing colour after hatching and we can't find any relevant bug reports about that sort of thing.
Did you hatch on a different device or change any display settings? Colours can look very different depending on the screen settings.

Nope, and its been awhile since they hatched. I was checking their genes and colors to sell them and I clicked on her and all of a sudden she was purple

@Spyraoverlord Then the only other thing we can think of is a cache issue where she ended up with the same image as one of the other hatchlings.

She didnt look the same as either of them before, just similar.

@Spyraoverlord :D You said in your first post that the colour was platinum or flint which are the colours of your other two dragons.
But if you're 100% certain it couldn't be a display error or you glancing at one of the other dragons or anything else you should make a thread in the bug report forum.
It's very likely that it was an issue on your end instead of a bug though.

@Lonin I said "somewhere around platinum or flint" meaning it was similar to the colors of the siblings. I might make a bug report then, or just sell the dragon. I don't really care that much
