Lorewise, All the fancy game show talk and chariot rides have already happened and all the tributes are finishing up with their week of training. Their wings have been clipped so they can't fly away, and a special device his been put in their throat so that they can't breathe fire. Time in the event will be the same as FR time, midnight at 00:00 FR time and so on. And the days will be as long as real days, So night thing s will happen during the night, and vise versa. So the even will officially start at 13:00, or just whenever I wake up because that's 8am for me on a day I don't need to wake up. [center][i]And may the odds ever be in your favour![/i][/center]

Well, the next few hours for some. Everyone's heart beats were beating eight times faster the the count-down. The curious chirps of little birds drowned out by the robotic thud, thud thud... [center]...4... ...3... ...2... ...1...[/center] The horn sounds and everyone makes a run for it. Some dragons kept their cool and cleverly ran for the bushes, finding water sources and safer locations. But others gave into the bloodbath and grabbed the weapons and bags. [b]Bluebug[/b] was the very first to get there, using her extensive training with bombs and boobytraps, she immediately grabbed a land mine, armed it, and slammed it to the ground at [b]Milton[/b]'s feet. Unfortunately [b]Bluefly[/b] and [b]Silverstorm[/b] had made it to the mouth of the Cornucopia, just in time to blow up with him. [b]Sono[/b] was just out of range to die, so he grabs the bow and arrows. [b]Mangoroa[/b] was right behind him, so she darts forward to grab a spear. [b]Xanaver[/b] manages to grab a bag, but [b]Bella[/b] was going for the same one. She charges straight at [b]Xanaver[/b], knocking the wind out of her chest, but she held on, and [b]Bella[/b] had to retreat. [b]Aurel, Stiklas, Phobetor[/b], and [b]Narduaal[/b] agree not to fight, and charge into the Cornucopia together, get their weapons and leave. But as [b]Phobetor[/b] ran, [b]Sono[/b] shot an arrow through his skull. [b]Mortana[/b] was petrified by the commotion, frozen on her pedestal she snapped out of it quick enough not to be disqualified. [b]Valentin[/b] lay low and hid inside the Cornucopia, hoping to salvage what's left without being murdered. [b]Krampus[/b] hid around the corner of the Cornucopia, waiting for a clear shot of a weapon, he gave up and ran straight for the same bag as [b]Mortana[/b], they bumped heads as the got to it, and fought. [b]Mortana[/b] kicked him in the chest so [b]Krampus[/b] bit her leg. She then proceeded to stop his face, but his Snapper bulk saves him. He retreats as soon as [b]Mortana[/b] lifts her leg. AS quickly as it had begun, it was over. [b]Xanaver[/b] finds it hard to cope with the small taste of death, doom and destruction she had at the Cornucopia, the cut-off screams of [b]Bluefly, Milton[/b], and [b]Silverstorm[/b] lived on eternally in her head. She tries to sleep the whole day in a hollow and avoid deadly contact with any other tributes. [b]Verney[/b] was now exhausted from running, she was now mindlessly walking as far away as she could. But she snapped out of it right before she fell into a river. [b]Tachyon[/b] quietly heads back to the Cornucopia to salvage what's left, but [b]Valentin[/b] was hiding inside already scavenging. His heart stops as he spots the other tribute, assuming she came to kill him, he retreats in a panic, spraining his ankle on a tree root. [b]Tachyon[/b] is confused, but also glad that she won't have to fight him. [b]Narduaal[/b], however, was trying to build a shelter. He was trying to hoist up a log, but instead impaled himself with it. He screamed for help, but no one answered. [b]Veteran[/b] claimed a clearing as her own, and sets up several boobytraps. She dreaded having to kill anyone, she would never have the heart to do so. [b]Sono[/b] was chasing [b]Bluebug[/b], shooting arrows at her. [b]Bluebug[/b], terrified, didn't watch where she was going, and set of [b]Veteran[/b]'s booby traps, killing both in the process. [b]Veteran[/b] was heart broken to know that it was her fault, so she runs away. [b]Mangoroa[/b] has had better luck, she made a hideout in a hollow log. She was just settling in was a familiar beeping filled the air. Her face lit up as she saw that she got food from a sponsor. [b]Mortana[/b] picked through her backpack, finding some metal rods, rope, a water bottle, and a single throwing knife. She makes a slingshot out of the metal rods and a piece torn from the rope. [b]Morrigan[/b] and [b]Aerina[/b] run into each other, aggressive at first but soon realised neither had weapons, or anything else. They agreed to work together, but just for the day. [b]Krampus[/b] sits around in defeat, he lost that bag and now he was probably going to die. So he just picks flowers. [b]Aagris, Coralbond, Stiklas, Aurel[/b] and [b]Bella[/b] form an alliance and go hunting for other tributes. They don't even notice [b]Iraia[/b] as he's picking berries. He notices them and hides, getting pricked by thorns. [b]Gavin[/b] finds a really cool stick and goes hunting for insects.
