TOPIC | Paypal Transaction Issues!
Last night I made a purchase of 500 Gems which I paid for with my Paypal account.
However they didn't show up immediately.
I have given it 8 hours and the transaction shows as happening in my Paypal account, but I'm STILL without Gems.
Knew of the issue with Google Checkout, but now this one with Paypal?
How do I get my gems? Or who do I contact about it?

Please send an email to us at admin@flightrising.com from the e-mail address registered to your PayPal account so that we may search for the transaction to see if there were any issues.

Please include the following information in your email:
  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Username
  • The package your purchased
  • A screenshot of the transaction as seen from your Paypal payment history.

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Username
  • The package your purchased
  • A screenshot of the transaction as seen from your Paypal payment history.
