@Dinoclaire101 Yes, they were. BUT ancient earth dragons will come in the near future. I just know it. During the Bounty of the Elements, many excavators of earth went missing. That's a sign. Here are my thoughts on ancients, based on existing breeds and available lore.
element: current breeds -> thoughts
Ice: tundras, gaolers
[b]shadow: nocturnes -> Likely to get a primal in not too long because their only breed is only available once a year. And lore-wise, shadow's bounty of the elements hinted that their deity has been drooling underground for a long time. It may even be her ancients making havoc in earth's territory. [/b]
wind: spirals, skydancers -> we won't get a wind primal in some time
[b]water: guardians -> lore hinting at ancient[/b]
nature: wildclaws -> truce with plague broken, but not really a hint.
light: imperial, pearlcatcher -> we won't get a light primal in some time. Also, hydras will never be implemented because each head has its own element. Except the familiars named hydra, ofc.
lightning: ridgeback -> ?
fire: coatl, banescale
arcane: fae -> ?
plague: mirror -> truce with nature broken, but not really a hint.
[b]earth: snapper -> lore hinting at ancient[/b]
other: bogsneak -> modern breeds only, so it will likely take a long time before Baldwin makes another "miracle" if ever.

Need more den tasks and den gem slots. Too many pretty dragons and I'm all maxed out. I have a dragon hoarding problem.
