I'm thinking Tracey from Pokemon. I remember getting really upset when I found out that people hated him for replacing Brock.

As far as I can recall, mine was Megara ('Hercules'). I also kind of had a thing for both Anastasia and Dimitri from 'Anastasia'.

Hatake Kakashi from Naruto was like, my one love for the longest time, hahaha.
