I am not able to purchase anything from the Marketplace. Whenever I attempt to purchase anything from any category, with gems or treasure, I get the message shown in the screenshot below.

I have tried logging out and logging back in with no change.

I've got the exact same problem, was this ever resolved? I also use chrome and have logged on/off a couple times.

Causes for an authentication error:

Multiple tabs open to the Marketplace.

Incorrect time on your computer in relation to your time zone. Please check your settings and google your time zone if you don't already know what it is.
