I went to buy a spare inventory crate from Joxar, but I can’t seem to find it. I even checked in the “other” tab of my hoard.

it may be in a later page of the other tab since items are sorted by ID and the spare inventory crate is ‘newer’ then a lot of other items

try checking both joxar and your hoard/vault to see if you:
actually bought the crate
purchased and opened the crate earlier
have a prismatic token or items from the crate
accidentally vaulted the crate instead of opening it
