Should be, Galore is available to everyone. :) So even newbies can have the ancient breed.

I see that being a probability but I'd imagine there'll be a mix of designs; those which are ancient versions of modern breeds, and those that are completely unique (aka they didn't get past the "prototype" stage and become modern breeds after creation).
It'd be really interesting to see whether we get a prototype version of Mirrors from Plague, for instance, since their original design supposedly had doubles of every set of limbs, and whether that would be gene-based or just a natural part of the breed.
But I could also see there being viability for non-descended breeds, like an ancient water breed that's some sort of sea serpent in design (and has no similar archetype in the modern types).
