first, note that the accent is fully opaque. then compare the blank mannequin and the mannequin with accent. we can see where the accent covers the dragon — all along its belly. then compare the basic tert and underbelly tert. we can see where underbelly covers a bogsneak — all along its belly *and* on its palms/soles. if the bogsneak in the original image had colored palms/soles, we could know for sure what its tertiary is. unfortunately...

we can't see the hands and feet in the original image. and as far as i can tell, there is no other place where we could see an underbelly tert on the dragon wearing this accent. there *might* be a little sliver on the edge of the neck where the accent doesn't fully cover a potential underbelly, but it's so slight and there's a yellow haze edited in that complicates things.
