Pearl was the leader of the Draggle Clan. She has now retired and left the clan in the hands of her youngest daughter, DiamondCrust. She is also the current mother of many dragons. She is thoughtful, which gives the clan good decisions, she is bossy, which gets dragons to work, and she is cheerful, which keeps everydragon happy! She also has the amazing ability to get any dragons to work together.
Pearl never had any parents, biological or adopted, and she was truly independent. She remembers hatching in a puddle of black goo and looking around confused. Pearl grew up alone, moving from one Shadow clan to another. She never stayed over a year in a clan. She even named herself when looking at her reflection in a pearl. One day that all changed. She was walking though the forest looking for somewhere to stay, when she came across a male Tundra. She asked him were then nearest hotel was and he said it was too far away, then he asked why she was looking for a hotel. Pearl explained that she never stayed in another dragon's clan for long and she had decided to start searching again. The Tundra thought for a bit then said,"What if you had a clan of your own? You said you didn't stay in other dragon's clans for long. What would you do if had your own clan?" This got Pearl thinking. What would she do? She got a conclusion, "How about we find out?" So she started a clan right there in the forest with the help of the Tundra, who's name was Felix. Soon Pearl and Felix were mates and the clan had officially begun.
Flutterfly takes care of the clan familiars. It is a very difficult job, since not all of them are obedient. She helps take care of May, who is her apprentice. Having been from a Nature clan, she knows some gardening and owns a small one. She has given May her own section to make a garden with. Flutterfly hopes May will takes over the gardening business.
You know when you get a familiar for the first time and give it to a dragon, but then months later decide to match the familiar to another dragon and swap them out? FlutterFly calls this the "familiar dance".
"It's a very difficult process," says FlutterFly "You have to adjust the familiars with their new owners, and sometimes they are very loyal to their old owners. However, in the end everyone adjusts and everyone is happy!"
One of the children of Felix and Pearl. Forager does most of the work when it comes to gathering food. Not only is she excellent at finding edible plants, but she also is great at tracking down animals. No dragon has been able to beat her at a game of hunting.
Forager has gone through many familiars, all of which have been turned into mush. It is her unfortunate luck for her familiars to wander off right into an alchemist's hands. As an apology, the alchemists will give her the remaining goop of her previous familiar. Sadly, she has colorful range of goop in her room.
Could Forager ever find love in her undead form? Probably not. She was once mates with Spinach, but their love dissolved along with Forager's fluffy coat. They simply stopped seeing each other. Forager will occasionally go to him as a friend, but she interacts with him little. Maybe one day she will find another undead dragon and fall in love with him. Until then, she is happy as is.
Forager still hasn't forgotten that mysterious imperial who changed her life. She searches for him, hoping he could answer her questions. Why did he turn her into a skeleton? How did he do that? Does she have any unique abilities in her new form? WHY HER?? As long as the imperial is missing, the answers to these questions will remain unknown. Forager used to be an ordinary tundra, I mean, she had to be. Many seasons ago, Forager was tracking down a deer in the forest when she came across a strange-looking imperial. This imperial was heavily cloaked and carried a scythe. Crows circled above. The only way Forager could tell it was an imperial was it's scent. Forager asked if the imperial was lost, but it said nothing. She tried to get it to talk, but it just stood there and stared at her. Forager was just starting to leave when a deep, raspy voice told her to come back. Forager turned around and walked up to it. What does it want? She was getting impatient. The imperial lifted a claw and touched Forager while whispering a language Forager didn't understand. A cold shiver went through Forager's entire body. When Forager looked at her legs she saw nothing but her bones. A mist-like substance was coming off her body.
"What did you do to me?!" Forager tried to hiss at the imperial, but he was gone. Forager looked everywhere, even the crows were gone! Forager decided to go back home, hoping that they could fix her.
Nobody could fix Forager, she is stuck as a skeleton forever. The most a dragon ever did was making her tail exceptionally misty. But Forager doesn't mind anymore, she rather likes her new form. She can't die and you can't hurt her. She also has found less dragons tease her
Just a small bit of my clan's lore ;D
