I wanna try and make an accent but im on mobile and I use medibang paint pro as am art program. tho for some reason i cannot open psd files. It will import but will stay as a singular image. Idk if there is another way to import it or something else RESOLVED!!

Can you get your hands on Autodesk Sketchbook? I believe it's free, and you should be able to open PSD files on it.
